Intro

It has now been one year since we closed escrow on this "house" that we are about to tear down and hopefully, resurrect our dream home in its place. The few who came to visit the site this past year wished us luck and offered words of support. Only one, however, dared to be brutally honest, claiming that we were 'crazy' but in the same breath, described us as 'visionary' (thanks, Claire! I know I can count on you for the truth). We've been especially busy these last few months doing some of the demolition ourselves. But the real work is about to begin as we finally picked up our permit a few days ago and are now ready to break ground...bets are on to see if we are still together after all of this!
