Ipe (eee-pay) rainscreen

it took 5 days to get the ipe installed but, hopefully, we never have to replace it in our lifetime (resists dry rot, mold, termites).

the cavalry arrived to help Rob--his dad Lou, Uncle Sil, Antonio.









even though the ipe load came in random lengths, we're proud to say there was little waste left after the siding was complete --rob and chris separated the boards and we put our math skills to work. our college 'edumacation' paid off...
